Calvert County Nursing Center is looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and social individual to join our team! As a Social Services Assistant you will play a crucial role in providing support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in coordinating services that meet the emotional, physical and social needs of our residents.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in social work or a bachelor’s degree in a human service field
- Social work experience in a health care environment
- Must be detailed orientated and be able to make decisions independently when circumstances warrant action
- Nursing home experience is a plus
